History of Miami Museum

The History of Miami Museum gathers, interprets, and presents the history of Miami and the greater South Florida region as a cultural crossroads of the Americas. Through exhibitions, collections, and publications, the museum offers the community, its residents and visitors meaningful ways to connect to the rich past and ever-evolving future of the region and its diverse inhabitants. History of Miami has engaged MC Harry Associates and their design partner H3 Collaboration Architecture to explore renovation and expansion opportunities that will increase Museum identity; improve access and the visitor experience; and create venues that will allow the Museum to bring world-acclaimed Smithsonian exhibitions to South Florida.
