Miami International Airport CCE Automated People Mover

Miami International Airport (MIA) is the largest U.S. gateway for Latin America and the Caribbean and is one of the busiest international passenger and freight airports in the world. The APM (Automated People Mover) operating system is a cable drawn technology moving dual shuttle trains along a quarter mile elevated guideway structure. Each train is comprised of three cars each capable of receiving either free or sterile passengers from alternate platforms as demand requires.
