At Boulevard Heights Elementary the major scope of the project is a new 20,000sf multi-purpose / dining building constructed as an addition to the existing school campus. Once the existing cafeteria / multi-purpose building, constructed in 1961, is vacant, it will be renovated for after school care use. The scope of work also includes a new parent drop-off, new driveway, expanded parking area, general renovations and ADA compliance upgrades.
This dining building is a prototype cafeteria for the School Board of Broward County which has been used three times thus far.
