MCHarry Associates has provided a variety of services for Calder Race Course Grandstand over the years which includes a first and second floor 120,000sf phased replacement which encompasses the grandstands, entrance, food court and ADA study/ renovation. This also includes code updates to elements such as the fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems, seating and concessions.
MCHarry Associates has also completed design studies for both the fifth floor Turf Club and administrative offices as well as for stable additions.
