The project covers approximately 300,000 sq. ft., and the scope is outlined as follows:

a. Phase 1 improvements include installing fire sprinklers and fire alarm systems throughout the concourse.
b. New Construction: 2nd floor office and corridor spaces; toilet rooms; and mechanical, electrical and telecommunications equipment systems.
c. Renovation and/or Alteration of existing facilities: public hold rooms, seating lounges, and other related public areas; tenant occupied or used areas (such as: airline offices, enclosed or covered open airline storage areas, etc.); elevators and escalators used for public access or circulation; public circulation areas and sterile corridors, walkways, ramps and stairs (especially stairs and corridors used as a means of egress); toilet rooms (public or tenant); retail / food & beverage concession areas; mechanical, electrical and telecommunications equipment systems.
d. Replacement of selective windows.
e. Modernization of elevators, escalators, and moving walks.
f. Relocation of the existing passenger loading bridge at Gate F3, and new pedestal; new foundation to be constructed by others, under separate construction contract.
g. Miscellaneous utilities tie-in work, and apron paving demolition and replacement work, civil engineering alteration work, including relocation of sanitary lift station.
