To accomodate the increase in student stations at Cooper City Elementary, a new multi- purpose/dining building has been funded and awarded to MCHarry. This 15,000 sf replacement ‘cafetorium’ is complete with a cafeteria style food and beverage services, a general assembly area accommodating table seating for 250, kitchen facilities and a raised stage platform for student / faculty presentations and ‘little theater’ activities.
This dining building is a prototype cafeteria for the School Board of Broward County which has been used three times thus far.
Additional scope of work at Cooper City Elementary includes site improvements and minor ADA compliance renovations to existing buildings.
