MCHarry Associates has served CEPA Port Authority in many aspects over the years. MCHarry Associates designed a 400,000 sq ft, 20-gate expansion of the existing 6-gate terminal which serves immigrations customs facilities. Additionally MCHarry Associates has participated in design/ documentation of a 15,000 sf space which includes customs bag claim, pax processing, greeters lobby, and ground transportation services.
Long term demand/capacity analysis has been completed through the year 2015. A conceptual design of the phased expansion of this 24-gate international terminal has also been completed which resulted in a 2015 Terminal Landside Master Plan. The completed new terminal complex will total approximately 500,000 sf. Estimated project construction cost is $150,000,000 USD.
