Recipient of the AIA Design Award 2005 This 70,000sf science building has been designed as a state-of-the-art facility that will complement the thriving science curriculum at the North Campus of Miami Dade College. It will house 40,000sf of laboratory space, 8,000sf of lecture hall and classrooms and 12,000sf of faculty and administration offices. The plaza, a community focal point, is located adjacent to the Phase 2 Building, approximately 200 linear feet west of the central campus water feature, oriented in a north/south direction.
