Royal Oaks Community Center is comprised of 8,172 gross square feet of finished, air-conditioned space containing a large multipurpose space, a pre-function area, administrative offices, toilet rooms, storage rooms and other supporting spaces. The building is located on a park, surrounded by single family residences in the NW corner of town. Site elements include a plaza, public parking, landscaped sidewalks, and shade structures.

Royal Oaks Community Center services include design, value engineering and construction administration services.

Royal Oaks Community Center is registered with the USGBC and is tracking Silver Level LEED Certification.
