This project consists of an adaptive reuse of an abandoned hospital building, to house an abuse intervention facility for North Dade Victims Center.
The 20,000sf total renovation includes victims shelter and administrative offices, life safety code corrections, day care and preschool facilities and Miami-Dade Police Neighborhood Station.
