EXPERIENCE: Mr. Torres has over 13 years of professional experience in the planning, programming, design, and construction administration of numerous facilities for municipalities, government agencies and public institutions.
Mr. Torres is one of an elite group of leaders at M. C. Harry & Associates. He has distinguished himself through leadership, professionalism, performance, continued interest in furthering his knowledge base, and a commitment to the core values that make M.C. Harry a unique organization and great place to work. He has made significant contributions to the firm’s success and will continue to do so to assure its long term sustainability.
Clients served include agencies from Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, as well as the State University System, the University of Miami, and the cities of South Miami, Coral Gables, Miami, Miramar, Miami Beach, Village of Islamorada, Town of Miami Lakes and the Village of Palmetto Bay. Mr. Torres has led M.C. Harry's sustainable design and construction program and has been directly involved in the sustainable design aspects of all LEED projects, including materials and systems selection, specification writing and project administration. He has been instrumental in many projects earning Certified, Silver and Gold certifications from the U.S. Green Building Council. He continues to lead M.C. Harry in the pursuit and design of 'green' buildings.
