EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Mr. Arrington has over 26 years of professional experience in architecture, landscape design, and planning; this includes over 18 years of experience at MCHarry Associates. Mr. Arrington's project experience includes numerous building types for a variety of governmental, institutional, and commercial clients. Mr. Arrington’s special expertise in program and code analysis, combined with his design talents and detailed knowledge of construction makes him a most effective project manager with an established track record for delivering award winning projects on-time and within budget.
Mr. Arrington has also conducted several value analysis workshops on large scale public sector projects which have resulted in significant savings to the client in both initial construction costs and subsequent life cycle costs. Mr. Arrington's value analysis recommendations have included revisions to sequence of construction and construction schedule, program modifications to building and life safety systems, finishes, building envelope and non-proprietary specifications.
