The expansion includes a build-out of an existing shell space of approximately 20,200 sf for 12 classrooms, material storage spaces, teacher planning rooms, custodial room, student toilets, staff toilets and ancillary facilities. The classroom portion of the expansion includes multiple science labs with gas and waste systems.
Additionally, renovations have been made for miscellaneous safety to life corrections such as fireproofing existing steel columns, replacing fire rated ceilings and structural reinforcement of 2nd floor structure.
