This system connects 8 concourses, 145 aircraft gates, 6 parking structures and an intermodal transportation exchange among helicopters, commercial ground transportation and a seaport busing operation. Integral with this passenger conveyance system are the future development of 6 vertical circulation cores within the terminal which enhance passenger movement to baggage claim areas and the third level TWPMS with the intent to minimize and reduce congestion in the terminal ticketing/check-in areas.  Project was fast tracked using multiple bid packages released in stages.  The first package was the structural element, second was the finishes, with all subsequent elements of the system added as the third and forth packages.

The first construction activity began four (4) months after the design work was authorized.  Each construction package was completed on schedule and without any change orders.
