Thalatta Park is a four acre site that has two vintage houses dating back to 1926. Located along Biscayne Bay, the Village of Palmetto Bay strives to renovate the park facilities to serve as a public, large group gathering space.

The scope of work included the renovation of the 2,600sf Carriage House. This building was renovated to provide public restrooms, park storage, park offices, multi-use spaces, and a catering kitchen area. In addition, the project added a new paved courtyard for use as a celebration space. Site improvements included new parking and entrance features.
