Florida International University Green Library

The Florida International University Green Library is the center piece of the main campus, this expansion required fast tracked, phased construction to add 200,000sf to the existing 70,000 square foot library. The eight story addition was added to the building in a carefully staged and sequenced manner that allowed the existing library to remain fully functional throughout construction. Upon request of the owner, the library has been designed to accommodate several additional floors as expansion becomes necessary.
