Repairs and Renovations: ADA Citations, milling, paving and replacement asphalt striping & signage, parking lighting, exterior doors, windows and hardware replacement; new VCT flooring, LED lighting, and paint in classrooms, cafeteria, and media center, reroof school throughout, new drinking fountains to meet ADA; clean and seal exterior brick, clinic room remodeling, fire alarm deficiencies, replace intercom system and cafeteria sound system, replace exhaust fans and AHU, upgrade emergency generator.
