Core Expansion and Renovation - Expansion of Building 4’s cafeteria includes: expansion of the existing dining area, stage & sound system, serving line & equipment, new dish wash room with Powersoak Sink, new dry storage, new student group restrooms within the cafeteria, new mechanical room with new chilled water air handling unit, and new finishes, lighting, and AC throughout. Renovation of the Administration Office and Clinic includes: new reception desk, conference room, clinic & clinic restroom, principal’s office, staff restrooms, LED lighting, and new finishes throughout. Site work included relocation of easements, water main, and gas tank, mill and resurfacing the service drive, parking spots, and loading dock area.
