The Governor Leroy Collins Farm Park is a multi-component public park and educational civic facility developed for the Town of Davie to support community programming, agricultural education, and environmental stewardship. MCHarry & Associates is providing full architectural and site design services, advancing the Town’s adopted master plan into a coordinated, construction-ready project. The program includes a Welcome and Education Center for community events, a multipurpose arena, agricultural support facilities with stables and animal areas, an elevated farm observation structure, a farmers market pavilion, a caretaker’s residence, an entry control gate, and internal circulation with parking. The project also incorporates comprehensive site infrastructure, including utilities, wetlands and gardens, native landscaping, and accessible pedestrian trails and outdoor gathering spaces. Currently in permitting, the project demonstrates MCHarry’s ability to deliver complex, multi-building civic environments that integrate vertical construction with site development and infrastructure systems. The design emphasizes functionality, durability, and seamless integration of program elements to support long-term community use within a municipal park setting.
