The North Dade Government Center is a 15,500 SF facility which seeks to leverage shared community-focused general activities, resources, and events with modern day technology. The facility achieves a since of community engagement and belonging by placing a large focus to the pedestrian and outdoor spaces to be utilized by both government officials and the people they serve. The main entry lobby acts as the backbone of the facility where exterior finishes travers the envelope of the building removing the definition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
