Site elements include a passenger drop-off area, bicycle racks, off-street public parking, landscaping, reconstituted cisterns, sidewalks, site and building façade lighting, trash and recycling collection/dumpster area, emergency generator, photovoltaic arrays (covering limited parking spaces) and underground connections to existing utilities including storm water improvements.
