Arcola Lake Elementary

Arcola Lake Elementary school is a New Construction project. Scope entails new construction of a 97-student station, 12,000sf ESE Building along with covered walk connector to the existing buildings on campus. The ESE building consists of 9 Part Time ESE classrooms with individual restroom, 1 Full Time ESE Classroom with individual restroom and shower, clinic with restroom, staff restroom and 4 ESE supplemental rooms. Related site work includes new landscaping, drainage, FA, PA, Clock/Speaker, Electrical and Chiller lines underground work. This new open courtyard offers better security as all buildings on campus are now around one common courtyard with visibility to all buildings.
