MDCPS Flamingo Elementary

This project consists of comprehensive campus-wide renovations and infrastructure upgrades designed to enhance the functionality, safety, accessibility, and overall learning environment of the school. Scope of work includes exterior building improvements, selective demolition, interior renovations, mechanical and electrical system upgrades, security enhancements, and extensive site improvements. Key features include new HVAC systems, upgraded lighting and electrical infrastructure, renovated classrooms and restrooms, playground enhancements, parking and circulation improvements, ADA accessibility upgrades, and campus-wide signage and safety improvements. The project also includes kitchen and cafeteria enhancements, covered walkways, landscaping and site repairs, and the creation of a new VPK classroom to support evolving educational needs.
