Miami-Dade College Eduardo Padron Campus

The Miami-Dade College InterAmerican Campus is located in the colorful and lively neighborhood of Little Havana. Unprecedented growth has encouraged the College to expand and create a truly unique urban campus educational facility. At the heart of this transformation is the adaptive reuse of a high-rise office building introducing a landscaped student plaza with elevated open ‘collaboration’ terraces.

This oasis for student interaction provides a variety of amenities including retail food and beverage facilities and a new bookstore. More than 60 classrooms are located throughout the building’s mezzanine and tower including a special events penthouse ballroom.
