Complete renovation of Rotunda Building in Collins Park to become a Performing Arts Venue and the design of a 900 SF Addition to provide ADA access, restrooms, and utilities to serve the performing arts space. The scope includes the complete interior remodeling and exterior improvements of the existing 2,000 square foot unoccupied Rotunda Building located in the northeast corner of Collins Park, southwest of the intersection of Collins Avenue and 22nd Street. The project will also include the construction of a new, approximately 400 square foot standalone building to the northwest of the Rotunda Building. The project scope for the Rotunda Building and the immediate surroundings will be based upon a design by Frida Escobedo Taller de Arquitectura, separately contracted by the City of Miami Beach. AE will develop the project with input from the Frida Escobedo team.
